Custom Embroidery Add-On

Add a personalized touch to your memory keepsake with custom embroidery. This add-on allows you to include meaningful names, dates, or short phrases on your item.

Price

$15 includes up to two inscriptions

Each inscription can include:

• A name

• A date

• A short word or nickname

Placement Options

You may request embroidery in one of the following locations:

• Inside paw

• Bottom of foot

• Chest (front of item)

Available locations may vary depending on the keepsake. If your requested placement isn't suitable, I'll contact you before beginning your order to discuss the best alternative.

Important Notes

• The Add-On Embroidery includes up to two inscriptions.

• Text size will vary based on the length of your inscription and the available embroidery space.

• Longer names or phrases may be stitched in a smaller font to ensure the best appearance.

• Please double-check all spelling, names, and dates before submitting your order.

• If I have any questions about your personalization, I'll contact you before beginning your keepsake.

• 🦈 Memory Shark

  Embroidery on Memory Shark is limited to two inscriptions maximum. Text may be placed on either side of the shark.

• 🐶 Memory Puppy

  Memory Puppy embroidery may be placed on the center stomach, bottoms of the feet, or upper arms. Placement depends on design and available space.

• Date of Birth + Date of Passing

• Name + Nickname
  Example: “James – Grandpa”

• Short Memorial Phrase + Date
