Getting started is simple! Browse our gallery to explore the different memory bears, dolls, blankets, and keepsakes available. Once you've found the item that best fits your needs, visit our shop to place your order.

After your order is received, you will be provided with instructions for sending your garments. From there, I will carefully create your custom keepsake and keep you informed throughout the process.

Each memory bear is handmade, to order, with care and attention to detail. Turnaround time depends on current order volume and the complexity of your design.

My standard turnaround time is 2–4 weeks for one to four memory bears. During busier periods, turnaround may extend to 4–6 weeks. Rush order service is available for an additional charge. Please contact me before ordering to confirm availability.

Large Orders: If you are interested in ordering more than four memory bears, please contact me before placing your order. I will be happy to discuss your project and provide an estimated completion timeframe based on my current workload and the size of your order.

Every item is made in the order it is received, unless a Rush Order upgrade has been purchased. This ensures fairness to all customers and allows me to give each keepsake the time and attention it deserves.

I have made my ordering process as simple as possible, but I understand that some clothing carries special meaning and that you may have specific requests.

Please note that additional fees may apply for certain custom requests depending on the complexity of the design or materials needed.

Rush orders are available for an additional fee of $55.00.

Rush orders for up to 3 bears can typically be completed within 1 week of receiving your garments, not including shipping time to and from my studio.

Orders of 4 or more bears require additional production time and cannot be guaranteed within the 1-week rush timeframe. Larger orders will be quoted individually based on size and complexity.

Rush availability is limited and must be approved prior to sending your garments. Please contact me before purchasing to confirm availability and receive a time estimate for your specific order.

Yes. If you would like any unused clothing or fabric scraps returned with your order, please let me know when placing your order.

Small fabric remnants and unused portions of garments can be returned upon request; however, additional shipping charges may apply depending on the size and weight of the package.

Additional shipping charges for returned scraps will be invoiced once your keepsake is complete and the final package weight is known.

If no request is made, leftover scraps and unusable fabric pieces may be discarded at my discretion.

I use a variety of fabrics, stuffing, notions, and sewing supplies purchased from reputable local and national retailers. The specific materials used may vary depending on the design and customization of each keepsake.

Because every item is handmade and custom-made to order, the finished product has not been independently tested to meet U.S. toy safety standards. My memory bears, dolls, animals, and keepsakes are intended as keepsake items and are not sold as safety-tested toys.

My memory bears and keepsakes are lovingly handmade and are often cherished by children and adults alike. However, they are custom keepsake items and have not been tested to meet U.S. toy safety standards. Many designs include small safety eyes and noses that could present a choking hazard if detached.

These keepsakes are intended for display, collecting, gifting, and gentle handling rather than use as everyday toys.

Adult supervision is advised whenever children are handling these items.

I know shipping costs—especially for larger orders—can add up quickly. If you're able to, I highly recommend in-person drop-off in Battlefield, Missouri to save on shipping costs. If you have family or friends nearby, they're welcome to drop off your items for you.

Keeping my keepsakes as affordable as possible is important to me, and avoiding shipping is one of the easiest ways to lower the overall cost of your order.

At this time, I do not offer bulk discounts on custom memory keepsakes.

Each bear, cat, puppy, quilt, pillow, or other keepsake is individually handcrafted from your cherished garments. Every piece is carefully planned, cut, sewn, and finished by hand, so the time and care invested in each keepsake remains the same regardless of the number ordered.
