Custom Handmade Items

All items are made-to-order using the clothing or fabrics you provide. Because each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, no two items will ever be exactly the same.

I thoughtfully design each keepsake based on the materials you send and the pattern used, always aiming to highlight the most meaningful parts of your fabric.

Fabric Use & Design

Your clothing is the heart of your keepsake.

Depending on the condition, size, and type of fabric, I may not be able to use every piece you send. I will always do my best to incorporate the most meaningful and visually suitable parts into your finished item.

Each design is created with artistic care and may vary slightly from item to item. This is part of what makes your keepsake truly unique.

Artistic Interpretation

Each piece is individually handcrafted, meaning placement of fabric, features, and design details are part of my creative process.

While I take special requests into account, final layout decisions are made to ensure the best overall look and structure of the finished keepsake.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround times may vary depending on current order volume and the complexity of your keepsake.

Estimated completion times will always be communicated after your order is received. I will keep you updated if anything changes along the way.

Payments

Full payment is required at the time of purchase through checkout.

Work on your keepsake will begin once your order has been received and payment is complete.

Refunds & Cancellations

Because each item is handmade and custom-created specifically for you, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed and materials are received.

Shipping

Once your keepsake is completed, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.

After the package has been handed to the carrier, I am not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit. However, I will always do my best to help if any issues arise.

Memory Bear, Puppy & Animal Variations

Each type of keepsake (bear, puppy, animal doll) is made using a specific pattern and may have slight differences in shape or proportions depending on the fabrics used.

These variations are normal and part of the handmade process.
