Customer Agreement & Liability Acknowledgment

Thank you for choosing Stitch Kitchen Goods to create your custom memory keepsake. Because memory bears, memory animals, and keepsake items are created from customer-supplied materials, please review and acknowledge the following:

Customer Materials

I understand that the clothing, fabrics, and other materials I provide will be permanently altered during the creation process and cannot be returned in their original condition.

Fabric Condition

I understand that fabrics may contain wear, stains, fading, weak areas, holes, or other imperfections that may affect the finished product. Stitch Kitchen Goods will make every effort to create a quality keepsake using the materials provided.

Design & Construction

I understand that each keepsake is handmade and unique. Minor variations in appearance, fabric placement, pattern placement, and finished size are normal and expected.

Sentimental Value

I acknowledge that the items I provide may have sentimental value that exceeds their monetary value. While Stitch Kitchen Goods will handle all customer materials with care, I understand that exact replacement of sentimental items may not be possible.

Customer Responsibility

I am responsible for ensuring that all materials sent to Stitch Kitchen Goods are clean and suitable for use. I understand that delicate, worn, or damaged fabrics may not perform well during the creation process.

Shipping

If I choose to ship materials, I understand that I am responsible for the items until they are received by Stitch Kitchen Goods. I am encouraged to use tracking and appropriate shipping insurance when sending irreplaceable items.

Order Approval

By placing an order, I confirm that I have the authority to provide the materials submitted and authorize Stitch Kitchen Goods to transform them into a custom keepsake item.

Agreement

By placing my order, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the terms above.
